This thing is special. I love how it moves and how it can be controlled by remote. The quality or Lelo is un-matched. It comes beautifully presented and would make a special gift. Luckily for me I did not buy this as a gift, it is all mine. But if I were looking for a special gift for someone this could be it! A new favorite for me.

Great service, my product arrived within 2 days. The product was faulty so contacted the company to which they responded within a couple of hours. They requested video proof of the fault and then accepted that the item did not work . They are in the process of replacing the product without me having to return it, (optional- if returned they offered a credit for return charges; refund or a store credit for another purchase). Good company with great service!
