Product is good, however is much bigger than expected. At first is quite intimidating but once got the hang of it super easy to use and clean up. Leaves myself squeaky clean. Packaging and delivery perfect every time

Great service, my product arrived within 2 days. The product was faulty so contacted the company to which they responded within a couple of hours. They requested video proof of the fault and then accepted that the item did not work . They are in the process of replacing the product without me having to return it, (optional- if returned they offered a credit for return charges; refund or a store credit for another purchase). Good company with great service!
