Product Packaging good.
When the product arrived it did not seem to charge.
I opened the battery area, and noticed that the battery was disconnected so I plugged it back in to the circuit board.
the device then charged up okay.
Once charged item worked as expected.
Good quality. Great toy to start a session with. Operate manually or set vacuum level and release on timer. Good battery life after being charged.
Works great needs more attachments
