I tend not to use them because they fall off alot. Probably good if you're sitting still.
My partner thinks i look so hot with these on, I would agree with him. They are a bit fiddly to get on well that it stays and pleasures at the same time but for the price worth to have in the bedroom once and a while

Found that the black pieces fall off very easy so make sure you check they are there before you put them on if you dont like too much pain
