Be careful taking this product out of the packaging. There's tape wrapped all around it and as I pulled the product free the cord part came off the main body part. No impact to the use of the product, bit of superglue and its fine, but not very well made to come apart so easily. Also, I found the product better without the accessories.

Great service, my product arrived within 2 days. The product was faulty so contacted the company to which they responded within a couple of hours. They requested video proof of the fault and then accepted that the item did not work . They are in the process of replacing the product without me having to return it, (optional- if returned they offered a credit for return charges; refund or a store credit for another purchase). Good company with great service!
